This Refund Policy describes how payments, subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds work for the paid services of Viral Day. By subscribing to any paid plan, you agree to the terms below.

1. Paid Services

New accounts may receive a free trial with 3 clips within 15 seconds and no credit card required. Other services are offered through paid plans (the "Paid Services"). By subscribing to a Paid Service, you agree to pay the applicable fees shown at the time of purchase.

2. Recurring Billing

By choosing a recurring payment plan (monthly or annual), you acknowledge that the service has an initial and a recurring, automatic billing feature. You authorize Viral Day to charge these amounts to your payment method at the start of each new cycle, until you cancel.

Viral Day reserves the right to modify the subscription fee with advance notice, taking effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time in your account settings. When you cancel:

• You keep access to your plan until the end of the period you have already paid for (the "current term").
• The subscription will not renew after the current term expires.
• To avoid future charges, you must cancel before the renewal date.

4. Refund Policy

Except as expressly provided in this policy or required by law, Viral Day will not refund any fees that you have already paid.

• Paid Services cannot be terminated before the end of the period for which you have already paid.
• You will not be eligible for a prorated refund of any portion of the subscription fee paid for the then-current subscription period.
• After cancellation, you keep access until the end of the term you paid for.

5. Credits and Projects

Credits included in your plan are valid during the current term and are not convertible to cash or refundable. Unused credits may expire at the end of the cycle, depending on your plan.

6. Free Trial

The trial with 3 clips within 15 seconds is free, does not start automatic billing, has no cash value, and is non-refundable. Current trial availability and rules are shown on the pricing and signup pages.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund allowed under this policy, go to app.realoficial.com.br/reembolso and submit your request, providing your account email and the reason for your request. We will review the request and, when applicable, process the refund to the same payment method used for the purchase, within your payment provider's timelines.
